We stopped of in Kingston to view the Antartic Exhibition.These buildings are the Hub of the Australian part of the Antartic and All services are organized from here,There a free small exhibition on how the stations in Antarctica are run Pioneers of days gone by must have been extremely brave or stupid !! Some of the equipment used for discovery is on display from an old sled to a shovel that has been held together with bits of string !! Well worth a visit
